B.A. to B.S.

So I went to an advising session at school today to see exactly where I stand with graduating. I have another year left, which is about what I thought. Major wise I can be done in one term but it's the other classes that are going to take longer. Junior inquiry and Senior capstone, etc. I am switching from a Bachelors of Arts to a Bachelors of Science though, which is something that had never really occurred to me to do. My math requirements are going to be met by the statistics classes that I have to take for my psy major anyway so thats not a big deal. And I would only need 8 more credits of science classes versus one more year of German. Plus I havent had German in almost two years so I am not going to be on par with anyone. I need 39 credits, which isnt a lot at all. Just three more full terms! And if I can do a Summer class then I could be even more ahead. So I am glad that I have everything laid out with what I need to do. It feels much better to have a plan rather than just wondering where I stand exactly.

  1. Bach. of Science is often taken more seriously with regards to job too? Or at least it is here in the UK...depending on the subject like here if you have bach. or science for psychology that is better than bach. of arts for psychology because you're more able to conduct research? (You've had more lab time/ credits).
Good luck with your last year!
